Both business opportunity seekers and business providers must agree to abide by our terms and conditions in order to use our services.

Participants must be of legal age to register and participate as either a business provider or business opportunity seeker. If you are not at least 18 years of age or have not attained the age of majority in your state, you may not register or use any service provided by HBBMM.com.

To register as a Business Provider, you must offer a product or service that is legal, moral and ethical and not engage in any material misrepresentation.

Any abuse of our services can be reported via our abuse form.

Business Providers are required to provide accurate and truthful information on their business seeker profile and to make sure all contact information is up to date.

Business Providers who are found to have made false or misleading statements or make promises of income that can not be substantiated or that are false may be permanently suspended from the service.

It is the responsibility of business opportunity seekers to research each business opportunity in order to verify that the opportunity is legal and that the provider is operating and marketing the service in a way that is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If the business seeker has any doubts about a proposed business or service, or does not have knowledge or experience to make an informed judgment about a product or service, please consult with a qualified business or legal advisor.

Our service is provided "as-is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind. Those who participate in our service must agree to hold HBBMM.com and it's holding company's personnel, officers, associates, and staff harmless.

We do not guarantee that our service or that providers will offer or provide employment or that business seekers will find a business that is acceptable. To use our service opportunity seekers must agree to act as their own advisor and if needed seek competent advice from a qualified advisors when researching or considering business offers and prior to joining or participating in any business or venture that involves an outlay of capital or investment.

We do not guarantee that a business opportunity seeker is qualified to pursue a career or that he or she is qualified to participate in an opportunity. Opportunity seekers are not screened.

Our service is provided on the honor system which means that opportunity seekers and business providers must agree to provide real and accurate information and agree to communicate in good faith.

Communication

Business seekers may receive email communication from HBBMM.com that advises of changes in terms and conditions or other general announcements. HBBMM.com may also send email communications from time-to-time as part of our business matching service. You agree and understand that you may be contacted by either HBBMM.com or participating business providers when you complete your profile and provide your email address and telephone number. By providing your telephone number, you are waiving your right to be exempted from any and all no-call lists during the time your account is active and for a reasonable period of time following deactivation of your account. If you request business information, you may be contacted by postal mail, telephone or email. Registering as a business seeker means that you accept all terms and conditions and that you are specifically granting HBBMM.com and participating business providers permission to contact you by phone or email or postal mail even if you subsequently enroll in a no-call lists or registry. This granted exemption applies to any no-call list - whether the no-call list is managed by the FTC or a State no-call list.

Cancellation

Business Seekers may cancel or deactivate their account at any time by simply completing the cancellation request form. Cancellation requests will be posted to our system in real-time and will be made available to to Business providers who will normally receive cancellation notices immediately as well - but in some cases you may be contacted after a removal or cancellation request has been entered. Business seekers should allow a reasonable time for participating business providers to update their contact lists. Suggested time for removal is two weeks. Therefore, please allow sufficient time for your notice to be processed by business providers.

No Guarantee or warranty

HBBMM.com does not guarantee or warranty that email contact or telephone calls will or will not be received from business providers or that the information provided by any party is accurate or truthful or that business providers will offer a service or business that conforms to your request based on your profile information. Information provided by opportunity seekers is provided to business providers without guarantee or warranty as to suitability to purpose..

Agree to hold harmless

HBBMM.com will not be held liable in the event that our automated system fails to function in a manner that precludes receiving of email or other contact from providers. System and program features are not guaranteed to be available or to perform in any prescribed manner. To use our service or participate in any manner, you must agree to hold HBBMM.com, it's sponsors, affiliates, or related companies harmless.

Service availability

Inaccessibility of features may result from unforeseen circumstances, or maintenance and may be impacted by server maintenance or other unforeseen factors or events and are provided without guarantee or warranty or suitability to purpose.

Responsibilities of participants

Information provided by participants is not verified. It is the responsibility of each and every participant to verify any information provided by others no matter what medium is used to convey such information.

No Liability and Service Limitations

HBBMM.com will not be held liable for any loss or potential loss that may arise from

• the use or abuse of our services
• failure or inaccessibility of service features
• failure to include information or exclude information or provide notifications
• failure to respond to inquiries or respond in a given time-frame
• failure to take action whether or not said action is agreed to by HBBMM.com
• failure to provide requested information

Limitations regarding use and damages

HBBMM.com will not be liable for any damages or losses associated with use or abuse or failure to provide any service. Differences in law may vary from State to State but HBBMM will not pay damages exceeding fees collected to participate in our service equal to one month's subscription fee. In any case, the maximum amount of damages, if any, will NOT exceed the fee charged to enroll or participate in our service or value of one month's service. The amount of this fee will not exceed a value of $5.00 in any case. The absence of a subscription fee or service fee does not in any way invalidate our rights as a provider of services. If you are participating in our free service, we will not provide any damages as a result of your participation, actions, or failure to act. Any claim or dispute will be resolved in the local jurisdiction where the parent company of HBBMM.com operates - Paudling County GA. Your rights may vary from State to State but in no case will damages exceed one month's fee or value of one month's service not to exceed $5.00.

Please note that as a provider of information and service provider, we do not attempt and will not attempt to regulate the actions or statements or communications or information provided by any business provider or opportunity seeker. Abuse of our service should be reported using the contact form.

It is the sole responsibility of participants to exercise due diligence, common sense, and caution when exchanging information and conversing with others. Matching of opportunity seekers and opportunties

Information provided by opportunity seekers may assist providers in determining if there is an interest in contacting a business seeker. Generally speaking a match may occur when an opportunity seeker expresses an interest in earning extra income or interest in a home-based business. Interest is expressed when an opportunity seeker completes all or part of the registration as an opportunity seeker. Information provided by opportunity seekers may be provided to marketers who represent a range or different types of opportunities which may include network marketing opportunities, direct sales opportunities, and other money-making programs.

Service Availability

Service availability is not guaranteed and failure of HBBMM.com to provide accessibility or features, currently offered or planned, is not warranted or guaranteed.

Services may vary and be changed from time to time and may be changed or altered or discontinued without prior notice or notice of any kind.
